On 24 June 1996, the center, established as Pusat Hemodialysis Klang commenced operations at a rented premise in Southern Park, Klang. The center was officially declared open by the then Minister for National Unity and Social Development YB Datin Paduka Zaleha Ismail on 21 March 1997. On 17 October the same year, the center was registered with ROS as Haemodialysis Association Klang.
